The Directory of Egyptian Research Periodicals (DERP) is one of the  directories developed by ENSTINET.

One of the major functions of ENSTINET is registering Egyptian periodicals as ENSTINET National Center of ISSN/UNESCO in Egypt.

The aims of this directory is :

• Providing the scientific society with the most recent information about research periodicals.

• Monitoring the publishing process of Egyptian research periodicals.

• Facilitate scientific information exchange between research communities  on the national and international level.

• Helping libraries and information centers acquisition units in acquiring Egyptian periodicals.
  
  ENSTINET had issued the first edition in 1984, we are proud to produce the second web based version and the 3rd printed version.
